Free Fat Mass?
Does anyone know what this is? I have Fat Index: 24.5 Fat Mass: 20.8kg Free Fat Mass: 64.5kg Normal Fat Index: 17-24% Normal Fat Mass 13.2-20.4kg Now I KNOW I have more than .4kg of fat to lose - does this mean I need to lose most of the free fat mass too?

Arghhh... Choccie Cake...
My parents in law brought chocolate fudge cake round from a party they went to today. And I gave in. 440 calories later, my tea is a pork chop with some seasoning... And I'm still 250 calories over... I could go for a walk to try and burn it off... But please tell me I'm allowed the odd indulgence?

Popcorn and Seasonings
I'm craving for popcorn, but the pre-packed stuff is a no-no... I'm in the UK, so any recipes for a healthy seasoning on air-popped popcorn would be appreciated! :) Clare.

Help with crunches...
I can't even do ONE crunch. Or 1 push-up. Am I cheating to wedge my feet under something to keep them down? Any exercises I can do to strengthen my abs to enable me do do these?

Help with sore knees and calves...
I did just under a mile walk today, and I had to keep pausing every so often near the end as my calves were KILLING me. I also have a bad knee. Yep, just under a mile was hard... Houmous and willpower.
I'm sitting at work with 2 tubs of houmous. Open. Next to me. And I can't stop dipping my finger in and nibbling... Should I go get some carrot sticks? Or force myself to put them away? Clare.

Well, my psychiatrist told me I needed to stop my awful diet, which I worked out I was eating 4500 calories! So, I weighed myself, found I was almost double my ideal weight, and technically obese. So, I'm now starting to diet and cutting down to 1500 calories a day. :) Any support is welcome! :)
