Struggling to hit 1200 calories!
I'm doing the slimfast thing and it's working (3kg in about a month) but sometimes I'm struggling to hit the 1200 calories. Had a big curry... Then went to the gym...
I had a large curry last night, with egg fried rice and garlic naan... And ended up over 1000 calories over! Today I went to the gym and birned ~900 calories. Should I not eat those exercise calories to make up for the splurge? Noting I wasn't actually that hungry after the gym & swimming!

Spikes every 2 weeks... (ladies only!)

I fit into a pair of size 16 clothes (UK) today... That I'm pretty sure I tried on 2 weeks or so ago & they wouldn't even consider doing up. :D If I keep going like this, I'll need a new clothes shop!

How bad is white bread?
The wraps I use for my lunch are white bread wraps (not tortilla - Warburtons square-ish wraps) and have 25/carbs... I come in under my carb goal every day, so am I OK with them? :)

450 cals left for the night...
It's 8.30pm, I have 450 cals left... Any ideas on a nice easy snack that'll use at least 1/2 of them up? Otherwise I'll be on 900-odd for the day, which is a bit low... Would more porridge (given I had it for breakfast) be a bad idea?

Should I stop the 30DS?
I've done 4 days of L1 and I just cannot get through the jumping-type cardio. The backs of my lower legs (shins?) and knees just start hurting. A lot. I've got slightly weak knees, but I've no idea about the backs of my legs. Any idea for cardio I can replace it with, or should I look for something else?

High resting heart rate...
My resting heart rate appears to be 99BPM. This is very high... I assume exercising will help this, but am I at any other risks? And will it affect my fat burn?

Fat Ectomorph?
When I was younger, in my teens, I'd have classified my body as an ectomorph. Could eat what I wanted, skinny as a rake, etc... And I'm now obese.... Can you be a fat ectomorph? From what I've read, ectomorphs just don't get fat... o.O

Supersize vs Superskinny Calories...
On SvS they say an average woman needs 2000 cals a day and 1450 is low... I'm eating ~1450 in order to lose weight... Someone explain to me why their diet plans seem to send them to 'normal' (2000) not to what MFP suggests?

Sore knees...
I did 10 mins of 30DS today, and my knees are going 'ow...' Will this get better? Or should I look for a lower impact exercise?

Not all scales equal?
On the scales in the shopping centre that I use I've lost 9lb from the starting weight I weighed on it... On a friend's at work, I've only lost 1lb from that weight? How can two scales be so different?

Swimming twice a week - enough?
I've decided on swimming for my excercise... About 25 minutes twice a week of trying-to-be-vigerous swimming... Combining this with a much better diet, is this enough to lose weight? Or should I include some other stuff? Thanks!

Just GAINED 4lb...
I was doing really well, lost 14lb... And then today I weighed in and was 4lb heavier than last week! All I can imagine is that it was the sushi cheat day I had on Thursday...
