Had a big curry... Then went to the gym...

I had a large curry last night, with egg fried rice and garlic naan... And ended up over 1000 calories over!

Today I went to the gym and birned ~900 calories.

Should I not eat those exercise calories to make up for the splurge? Noting I wasn't actually that hungry after the gym & swimming!

    I pay more attention to my weekly average than to daily calories, so yeah, I think it's find to burn calories off the next day.
