I just managed 10 minutes of the 30DS... I'm now sweating... And my legs are going 'noooo...'

YES ten minutes is better than nothing. Just be sure to cool down and stretch after. I am about to do day 5 in a few minutes. Its a great work out and in time you will be doing the entire 20 min. Don't give up and just listen to your body. ITS A KILLER WORKOUT0

Do I have to do 10 consecutive days or can i take a day off in between?0 -
Yes 10mins of better than nothing..im on day 3. day 1 i had to stop a few times to catch my breath becuz i felt so dizzy goin from cardio to abs and then back again. the 2nd time was easier and could do the whole 20mins w/out stopping..its a killer workout and will make u sweat for sure! Is it normal to gain a lb or 2 when starting a workout dvd? becuz i weighed in this morning and gained 2lbs since this past wed. im keeping under my calorie goal by 200 and walk every evening for 30min..since starting mfp 2 1/2 weeks ago ive lost 5.4lbs so a lil frustrated this morning!0

It doesn't say how many days to do each one..i figured every1 was doing 10 days of each since it says its a 30 day workout. i dont think 10 days of level 1 is enough for me to build stamina..im seriously out of shape. its almost my bed time and im still contemplating whether to do the workout again today or not...this is just me being lazy!0
