450 cals left for the night...

It's 8.30pm, I have 450 cals left... Any ideas on a nice easy snack that'll use at least 1/2 of them up?

Otherwise I'll be on 900-odd for the day, which is a bit low...

Would more porridge (given I had it for breakfast) be a bad idea?

    peanut butter or nuts would be great. IF you have the cards and sugar left i dont see why you couldnt eat porridge again if you want to

    Not got the sugar left (I rarely do!) but I can do porridge with nuts!
