Help with eating past 7pm
Everyone says when your on a diet not to eat past 7 or 8 pm right? I eat dinner at like 5-6:30 in between those times. After I eat dinner im completely full, but find myself eating cause im bored or just wanting to snack right before i go to bed. Any of ya'll have any ideas to help me stop this?

Lost all of my motivation
The first week I signed up for MFP I did great and lost 7 lbs. Ever since that first week ended I have been making bad choices. The last 3 or 4 days I have logged in just didnt log my food in. What do you guys(and girls lol) do when you start to lose your motivation? Please give me some advice!

I dont know if any of you guys use this workout video or not, but its walk away the pounds 5 mile fat burning walk. To do the whole five miles it usually just takes an hour. Im new to MFP(started a week ago) and would like to say hi to everyone! Im looking to lose about 50 pounds or more depends on if i like what i see in the mirror and my bmi is at a healthy range. I just weighed myself today and saw that i have already lost 7 pounds! YAY! Im excited! :happy:
