OK, so I have been "good" for over 3 weeks. I have exercised, stayed slightly under my calorie goal, and I have not lost a single pound. What gives? Any advice appreciated. I have been sick for over a week, and have not been able to eat. My appetite is non-existent. I lost almost 4 pounds this week, but I worry about gaining it back plus more when I get better.
