Does anyone know anything about these shakes? I just started using them and wonder if they are as awesome as I am hearing.

    A friend of mine has used them. They worked great while she was drinking them consistently, but as soon as she quit, she gained all of her weight plus more back. That is the inherent problem with programs like that. You are NOT creating a new lifestyle and diet. They are great for quick results, but i doubt their long-term effects...
