red hot chilli's
i am curious, i eat a lot of chillis, red hot chillis raw and dried. I would eat on average at least 15 - 20 a day. i love chillis and it has been reported that it speeds up metabolism. I get hot flushes every now and again. is this doing me any harm?

whats more important sat fat or calories
on days when i dont excercise i go over the calorie allowance but i always below my saturated fat target. In my experience this is were i put the most weight on eating unhealthy food tanked with saturated fat. was just wondering if anyone has any other experiences or is in same situatuon?

burning calories eating right, but feels like you are going
at the minute i am working hard, diet is balanced and healthy, it feels that i am putting weight on, but i am not. does anyone feel like this sometimes, its so frustrating!!

bad day today
had a bad today, work was very stressful so i have managed to drink 10 bottles of stella, 2 bottles of red wine, and two vodkas with light red bull, i am bad!! all my weeks work has been undone, i am raging but tomorrow is another day!
