has any one heard of holland and barrett Grenade metabolism

a friend told me to buy these grenade capsules from holland and barrett so that they increase the metabolism and help lose weight in line with healthy diet and exercise.

just wondering if anyone has heard of them?

    sounds like an unnecessary shortcut. skip it and do the work yourself. it's best in the long run.

    yeah thought that myself, its better putting the hard work in yourself to get the best results, cheers

    not heard of them but most diet pills are diuretics so not great they just make you lose water, Alli tablets give you diarrhoea if you eat anything fatty so i dont like the idea, id rather count and do it gradually , its taken me 6 years to get here slowly but its staying off and its all my own work
