carbs, glycogen, water reten?
can someone please explain (again) the relationship b/n these items? i know carbs can get stored as glycogen and utilized as quick energy. and cutting refined processed carbs can help shed water weight. but please explain to me better. scientific explanations are great. thank you!

slow going but ok
