hi all! i'm adding sugar to my nutrient list to be monitored. my Q is--do you consider sugar from raw fruits or veges in your total? i know the program does, but do you kinda erase that in your mind? i'm not doing a low carb or otherwise special version of a diet. just the regular stuff.
my point is--i had raisins with my breakfast and now i'm over my sugar for the day. in my mind, as long as i keep to just 1/4 cup a day of those, i don't really consider the sugar in them as counting against my daily allotted amount.
is this completely wacky thinking? how do you handle fruits and veges with respect to sugar amounts?

thanks. that's kinda what i was thinking--added sugar counts, naturally occurring sugar doesn't. thanks for the response. have a great day
