so it says Typical values (boiled) per 100g: 68kcal. These are Maris Piper Potatoes. Does this mean 100g raw weight or 100g when boiled?

Got some pasta and it says 156 cal per 100g cooked as directed. Does this mean 100g dry weight or 100g cooked weight? Is there any difference in nutrition between the dry weight and cooked weight as you are only really adding water?

BMR?????????????/
My BMR is 1612. I have a desk job for three days a week but do swimming for an hour twice a week and aerobic dancing for an hour twice a week therefore i would say i am lightly active????? MFP limits me to 1200 calories per day which i try to stick to. I do eact my exercise calories back usally. I am eating enough?

Eating past 6pm?
According to many diet experts they say you should not eat after 6pm. On 2 of my exercise days I do not eat until nearer 8pm. I tried to eat my evening meal before I exercised but it made me feel sick. Is it really bad to eat this late?

Whats the deal with protein? Some posts say its ok to go over the target set by MFP and others say not to. I am 9 times out of 10 over my protein allowance. So confused.
