Typical values (boiled) per 100g HELP!!!

so it says Typical values (boiled) per 100g: 68kcal. These are Maris Piper Potatoes. Does this mean 100g raw weight or 100g when boiled?

I would say 100g boiled weight, but there would barely be any difference between the raw and boiled weight.0
