1 year of atkins induction?
Hi all i have a question - a year of Atkins induction - with your 20-25g of carbs from veg and a multi vitamin is it possible? i know the original Atkins books said that if you had a lot of weight to lose then you stay on induction as long as you like. but that has now changed to 2 weeks. what are peoples thoughts?

help with jogging
Hi all, I have worked my way up too jogging 5km (3m) everyday, its the one exercise that truely knackers me out. But as a 143kg (310lb+) person am I trying too much or should I go back to my hour of cardio around the gym? Give you an idea its taking about 36-40mins to complete the 5km Any help and tips would be appreciated…

weekend eating - need motivation/help!
