Hi all,

I have worked my way up too jogging 5km (3m) everyday, its the one exercise that truely knackers me out. But as a 143kg (310lb+) person am I trying too much or should I go back to my hour of cardio around the gym?

Give you an idea its taking about 36-40mins to complete the 5km

Any help and tips would be appreciated

Thanks

I think it really just depends on you. If you feel pain in your knees, back, ankles, etc., then maybe you should tone it down by either running less often or running shorter distances. If not though, I don't see the problem. It's great exercise, and good for you for getting out there and doing it!
