Im so excited and proud of myself I just wanted to share with you guys! This "cardio-junkie aka scale watcher" just did 60mins straight weight lifting for the first time by myself!! All with free weights and only 30-45 sec breaks..And i did deadlifts with a 45lb barbell that i couldnt do 2 wks ago #STRONGER!!

Alot of Calories Remaining
Ok I need help...I worked out 2 1/2hrs today and I've had dinner already but still have 1000 calories left...I'm over on my Protein by 6g and on Sugar by 41g...I've ate oatmeal, lots of fruit and vegetables and chicken today..I dont know what else to eat...any suggestions?

Eating Exercise calories (AGAIN, LOL)
I know this topic has been brought up many times but I cant find the thread...my question is are you suppose to go off the "HOME" page where it says your "NET CALORIES", should those be the ones you're eating or is it the "CALORIES REMAINING" you should be eating AFTER exercise???
