I know this topic has been brought up many times but I cant find the thread...my question is are you suppose to go off the "HOME" page where it says your "NET CALORIES", should those be the ones you're eating or is it the "CALORIES REMAINING" you should be eating AFTER exercise???

watch the homepage, it will tell you what your NET calories are. If they are under 1200, you need to atleast eat up to 1200. However, if your goal is let's say 1400 (daily goal) you can eat ALLyour calories back to reach a net of 1400 if you're hungry. However, you don't HAVE to do that, but what you HAVE to do to save your metabolism, is keep that net at 1200+0
