Do you enter your weight lifting time under cardiovascular where it gives you calories burned or just under strength training where it doesnt give you any excersise calories back?
I've been entering all my weight lifting under strength training but have seen others enter it under cardiovascular where it will give you calories burned

Because I have an HRM, when I strength train, I put it under cardiovascular and I created an exercise called "weighlifting".0

I wear a HRM and enter it under the cardio section with the calories I burned, and the time I took0

Both - I log it with my HRM under cardio, but I log the exercises under strength for a printable record of progress on each exercise.0

I use a HRM. I do circuit style training...the only rest I do is the time it takes me to begin the next exercise. Still, HRMs aren't particularly accurate for strength training. I don't rely on that number.0
