Plateau....eat more or less?
I am 32, 5'7 and at 215. I started out eating 1200 calories, and hit a plateau and bumped it up to 1400. This worked for a few weeks but now I am stuck again! Do I up my intake again or lower it back to 1200? I walk at least twice a week if not 3 and I hit the gym 2 times a week if not 3. Any suggestions?

Super B12 complex
I have been taking thyroid meds since I was 16....not sure if that matters or not. Anyway, my question is; How long after taking my thyroid medication should I wait to take the B complex. I decided to start taking it because I feel so drained after I have a good workout. Not just that night but the next day as well.

calculating calories burned
So, normally I do 30 minutes of circuit training and it says I burn 90 calories......ok......tonight I got through my workout in 22 minutes and enetered that and it says 289 calories burned. WTF?

Carbs
What do you consider low carb and what do you consider medium carbs? I tried to do 60 or less carbs but I felt HORRIBLE, So I upped it to 80-100.

30 day shred question
How do you log the 30 DS on MFP? And......I couldn't finish the first day, today, my second day.....I finished but had to take a couple 10 second brakes. Will I EVER be able to get thru it without stopping?

Feeling like a loser!!
So I just did my first day of the 30 day shred and couldn't do the whole 20 minutes, only did 15!!! I feel like such a loser!!! It is REALLY HARD!!

frustrated
