What do you eat when you don't like many fruits or veggies?

    You learn to like them,. start by adding 1 or 2 news things a week. try new exotic things. Figure out WHY you don't like them and change them so you do. if you don't like the crunch, cook them, if you don't like the taste, season them. try thin IN dishes, as side dishes, raw with dip. There is no way to avoid all fruits and veggies if you want to be healthy.

    HAHA......Before 3 days ago I ate a lot of potatoes, corn and green beans and pre packaged processed basically junk food. The only other veggies I like are baby spinach and carrots. I never eat fruit....I like apples and I can make myself eat bananas. If I liked more fruits and veggies.......I'd be in heaven and it'd be easy to eat healthy

    Stylistchik is right - you have to try new things, maybe cooked in different ways. for example, you say you like spinach - have you ever tried chard or pak choi instead? If you like green beans have you tried sugar snaps or runner beans? You can get all kinds of exotic fruits these days so just try something new and go at it with an open mind and you will find more things that you like!
