I am wondering how long the workout is each day, and does anyone know how it is for someone with fibromyalgia?

It's a 22 minute workout from wamup to cool down.
I've only done level one, but it contains the following motions:
pushups, jumping jacks, butt kicks (running in place), jump rope (without the rope), Squats, side squats, arm lifts, bicep curls, lunges, back toning lifts, ab strengthening while on your back.
There is a lot of up and down from the mat to standing and back.
You also would need hand weights. I use two sizes 3lbs and 5lbs, as some muscles aren't as far along as others.0 -
