Another Plateau question sorry
I consistantly lost for the first 60 days of dieting, but the last couple of weeks there has been hardly any loss around 0.2 a week. My BMR is 1756 and I am eating 1300 calories a day. Has anyone else noticed that they dont go to the loo as often as they used to since cutting their calories? setting goals as you go
Do you set yourselves smaal goals on your journey? I started off at 248lb and rather than saying right I intend to get down to 160lb I am setting myself baby steps. My first aim is to get to 230lb and then 200lb and so on,I'm hoping that this way I dont just have the final goal in mind and can focus on a gradual loss

lost 2lb and dissapointed
