HI, My goals are to tone up all over, having lost all this weight. My son is overweight and has started to lose weight and wants to get fit,along side his weight loss.

We have 3. A 9 yr old black lab,4 year old yellow lab and a 18 month cocker spaniel :)

We have an Aldi and a Lidl next to each other so what we cant get on one you usually can on the other so were very lucky, their fruit and veg are so much cheaper than 'normal' supermarkets

I drink loads of tea a day,i do add it to my track food as i add milk, unless its green tea, but its still water intake, :)

have M.E menieres disease and rheumatoid arthritis so i know just how you feel. My gp and specialist both told me i would struggle to lose the weight i put on since getting ill,then i found this site and i have lost 30lb since i started and i do very little exercise so you can do it. Hi Meg and welcome I guess it really isnt a plateau as such, just from 2lb a week loss to less than a 1lb in 3 weeks. I have upped my calories a bit to try that too

Ive upped my calories from 1300 to 1400 so will see if that makes any difference. thank everyone

Thanks Bynsky, decision made, definately going to up by a couple of hundred, think as I am a lot more active at the moment need to change that so will see what happens. :)

Thankyou for posting this. Im 5'9" and at the start weighed 248 lb, I have sedentary down as I have an illness that fluctuates daily meaning I cant always do much. I am on 1300 calories per day, my choice MFP recommended 1260, the last couple of weeks I have been well and my exercise has really notched up a level,calories…

MMm Im one of those who will still eat what I fancy if I want it in moderation, but saying that I havent had a pkt of crisps since I started my diet and I used to hae a packet everyday.

I track everything and even over estimate on somethingsby a few calories if they are on the database rather than me scanning them, just to make sure I dont go over my intake. As others have said why lie its only yourself that your lying to.

I fill mine as I go, never know what Im going to eat depends on what takes my fancy, I'm on 1300 calories a day so usually aim at 200 for breakfast 400 for lunch and 500 for dinner and then use the rest for snacks, tea ,coffee etc. I also try to hild back 50 ish calories a day to compensate if I have used a little more…

I have large boobs, 38G, id love them to be a bit smaller but to be able to wear skimpy t shirt that show off my new body shape so that people will think I look younger than I am 45 this year but would love to be mistaken for the age I feel (mid 30's). I can dream lol

Well 10 yrs ago I lost weight doing the Rosemary Connoly diet, I weighed a stone less at the start than I am now and was very active,not working out but had a physical job, the team leader set my calories at 1550 and this was the amount to eat whether I exercised or not I lost 3.8 stone. Thankyou, my husband has a dog walking pet care business, so although we have 3 dogs of our own, I get lots of other doggy cuddles Thanks for the tip.I will monitor my fibre now too.

Yes I am like this too I drink water through the night as well as I'm a light sleeper and wake up thirsty.
