Do you set yourselves smaal goals on your journey?
I started off at 248lb and rather than saying right I intend to get down to 160lb I am setting myself baby steps. My first aim is to get to 230lb and then 200lb and so on,I'm hoping that this way I dont just have the final goal in mind and can focus on a gradual loss

Absolutely!
I set daily, weekly and monthly goals. Giving yourself intermediate goals helps you see small victories, make steps towards your big goal and also keeps your eye on the prize.0 -
Yep!! I'm taking it 1 stone at a time!! I have till the end of April to lose a stone, as thats when i have a kickboxing fight, and in my first week i lost 5 and 1/4 lbs, so well on my way. as soon as you achieve your goal, set a new one. make sure each target is achievable!0
