Whey Induction?
Hi, can someone tell me if Whey will stall my induction? I just started yesterday. I have a hard time getting enough protein from meat sources so I thought I would try Whey (Tera's Whey, 4g Carb) with unsweetened almond milk and flax seed. Thanks!

Ever feel like giving up?

Going on vacation!
Going on a short vacation tomorrow. We are heading to Epcot in Orlando! Would love any advice for staying on program! I'm packing a cooler with my RTD shakes! Bars and my hand mixer for my favorite Pineapple Mango smoothie!!:) I'm scared I will totally blow it this week!:(
