Frustrated

Weight fluctuations?
Why is it that when I weigh myself at nighttime(not every night, but quite a lot), one day I'll be a certain weight, then gain a little the next day, then the day after that weight will be gone, and a little more?

What time of day do you work out?
Do you do it in the morning, afternoon or evening? And does anybody have any tips for excercising in the morning? I generally only do it in the evening even if my morning's free, because I shower in the evening before I go to bed, and excercising in the morningtime would mean having an odour coming off me all day.
