I am so frustrated!! good sugar/bad sugar?
I am trying to cut my sugar intake to a healthier amount. I have read that between 50 to 60 grams is a healthy range. I am wondering when counting sugar, do I only count "bad sugar" (ex. bread)? or should i also include "good sugar" (ex. fruit)?

doing enough for weight loss?
I keep wondering if I am burning enough calories to be making a difference in my weight loss. I could use someones thoughts. I usually workout between 30 & 40 mins a day and burn 300 to 365 calories a day. I am 5'7 & 190 lbs. eating 1520 calories at day plus workout calories. Is that enough??
