thank you for all the advice. there is ALOT of good advice that i feel is manageable goals. i am going to try some of them. THANKS! also i am 5'7, 195 lbs and my goal is 175 lbs at this point. and yes i do wear a HRM but do not weigh by food but do measure it.

i usually do yoga, walk or elliptical. i usually use about 250 to 275 calories each workout. it has taken me over a year to loss 6 lbs. YES A YEAR!!!!!!!!

i don't 'eat clean" but i try to get enough veggies and fruits in. i have been on here for over a year and am eating 1400 calories at day. tried to open my diary but it's not opening up. i will try again to do it.

it's pretty sad but it look me a whole year to loss 15 lbs, that is why i am so nervous about putting weight on. i know that i already have at least 2 months of trying to get these 5 lbs from the holidays off. thank you all for your advice!! :)
