Jaw pain when running in the cold
Ok, I know of some things that might be causing this -- however I wanted to see if anyone else experiences this and what you do about it. I enjoy running outside as opposed to on a treadmill, although I have access to an indoor treadmill so no worries, I'll keep running. When the temperature gets to about 40 degrees and…

Reached my goal (pics)
Ok, I feel a bit vain doing this but....I guess I shouldn't. =D My profile picture is a before and 'after'. I put 'after' in quotes because I probably lost another 6lbs or so after that was taken. Anyway, I guess through this whole process I never really realized the difference until I was going through Facebook pictures…

I do about 40 min of this 5/2 minute interval.... Would you just take the avg heart rate that your Polar gives you…

What do you do when at a work party/any other party?
I work in an office and we have 'birthday lunches' bi-monthly. Basically it's like a potluck...so I'm just wanting to get an idea of what others do when you have no way to calculate calories for the day. Do you just not bother and chalk it up to a 'cheat day'? I don't give myself a 'cheat' day really, I just try to eat…

Workout = How many calories?
I'm new here and am just wondering if there's a general consensus on how many calories one should burn while working out. I usually just think about time spent exercising instead of work done/calories burned while exercising. And I have a new treadmill that has a calorie counter (that I can't turn off)...so it's just there…
