pulling an ab muscle?
Is that possible? I think when i was doing some ab work yesterday i pulled something. Its weird though cause it you can feel it popping like its a bone. Im sore but its not excruciating pain. Idk if its my ribs or muscle but its freaking me out lol ...any opinions?

Morning workouts
I dont know how people work out in the morning and they have more energy. I am the complete opposite. I got up this morning to work out for an hour, and now im even MORE tired!! lol
