I am at a point where i think i should limit cardio and really focus on strength training since i don't really need to lose anymore weight

This is the point im at...i don't really need to lose weight just gain muscle. I've increased my protein and eating at least 120 g. I am also beginning to lift heavier

Hey! I am 5'4 and 122. I was at 160 (my highest ). My goal is 115 but right now i am more focused on getting lean than losing more weight .

I take oxyelite pro also and it definitely gives me energy and gives me a better workout . It also is a great appetite supressant

Yeah , i figured the food pyramid is old school but it definitely won't let you down when it comes to showing you what you should eat and how much.

Right now im 120, goal is 110-115 but really id be happy if things were just tighter so I really dont even look at the scale anymore. I just bought revabs from beachbody and im on my 2nd week, plus I go to the gym and do cardio and weights so im hoping now ill be there in no time!

im the same way, i can get up and do the work out but i feel like i get a better work out when im more awake

Im not sure this is my first beachbody product, so for a beginner its great but may not be as intense as others

The new guy on the biggest loser teaches revabs and I really like him. So far I love it, and im super sore so I know its working

it may depend on who is teaching the class, cause I know ive had one instructor who was horrible and I didnt really even break a sweat, but another one I had is amazing and I left having the best workout!

Thank you for your adivce! I have to speak about my career (nursing) and its just an informative speech, but its making me nervous cause its my grade lol :grumble:
