    my college exercise science class recommends (at the very least) 12 minutes of cardio before ANYTHING else, even stretching!!! best wishes for your success. hope this helps.

    Thank you for posting this, :smile: I wasn't sure, and would switch it up occasionally, but I will definitely stick to weights first then cardio! :smile:
