Porridge
so this morning I had porridge (oats) instead of my usual smoothie and after half an hour I'm starving! Why? I'm sticking below my calories with relatively healthy food (the occasional biscuit, cake etc) and exercising but this weight just doesn't want to move :'(

Sugar intake??? HELP
I have been given 35 for sugar daily (without excersize) I eat Lite and Fruity tropical mix for breakfast, and today i had fruit salad on it to, and i was over my daily sugar intake!
