Mmm bacon. Unfortunately bacon regularly doesn't fit into my $ budget, and Id have to share with OH and DD haha The smoothie keeps me fill to after midday and i generally have it at 8 830. Whereas oats leave me hungry after a few hours. Maybe i will try a few other of the options some of you have said. thanks everyone :D

If your in pain and worried your first port of call should be the doctor. Thats what they are there for. If you don't want to go in, and just want some advice, maybe ring and talk to the nurse. Or ring healthline. (Don't know if you have that where you are but here in NZ we do)

No adivce on the headaches, but on the C25K i'm doing, i run 30secs, and walk 90secs. Thats what it tells me to do.. Don't think i'd make 90sec running just yet haha. Maybe just take some painkillers before, and drink heaps of water

No i have to push to even meet my calories most the time. I am not too fussed on carbs, they are often under but i am way under on protein, which i understand is better for the muscles etc ? Thanks for all the great tips everyone!

I am not really a fan of meat, will eat fish though (tinned stuff) for most lunches. Sometimes i have almonds also. Am thinking i might have to have a protein shake to boost it. Today i only got 40 protein! Can you buy protein shakes from supermarket?

I've got a similar problem coming up. I start study at polytech next Monday which is will be classes 8 til 5. I think i am going to get up at 6 to do a workout, like the 30DS and maybe another when i get home such as Billy Blanks or something. I just don't want to get too tired cause got to focus on that study!
