Weight vs strength question
Second week at gym... MWF 3 sets of highest weight I can lift, 12 reps if I can.... 30 min cardio....all muscle groups. I am getting results already, I see the change happening, and the scale is going up not down.... What results will I get from my current workout?

Really sore, do I workout today?
My goal is 5 days a week in gym. MWF weights machines/cardio. T Th cardio. I worked out hard yesterday, and really sore. Do I still do cardio, or give my body rest. 2nd week into it and pumped, but don't want to over do it.

Beginning weight training, slow reps or fast?
I have started weight training, will I benefit from slow reps or fast? I need to lose 75lbs to reach overall goal. When will I get to see results? I always notice my belly feeling bloated after working abs....it's always my last to go. I am currently slow set of 3, 12 reps. 4 days a week. 20 min treadmill.

I have tendonitis in right ankle, and am trying to think of cardio/workouts that won't affect my injury. Any suggestions?

I am shrinking!
Just have to shout out to the world.... I am shrinking! It's great! Haven't dropped my pants size, but see it's coming... I can see lots of stretch marks, that I didn't even no existed.... I gained my weight quick, when it happened yrs ago. Anyway, I can't wait to see my following wks, months.... it can only get better.

How long does it take to see results from weight training?
I have been working out using the weight machines, for about a month in a half, and expected to have gone down a pants size by now.... and I gained 5lbs. I know muscle weighs more..... I just want a realistic time frame, for my results. Thanks!

Need help w figuring out the food diary
Hello eveyone, I just joined, and I still need to go to the store, so I can make better food options...anyway, I was eating from our left over Monical's pizza...which I know is not the best choice for a person who is trying to lose weight...but I was careful about portion...the food diary gives 8" monicals deluxe thin…
