Need help w figuring out the food diary

Hello eveyone, I just joined, and I still need to go to the store, so I can make better food options...anyway, I was eating from our left over Monical's pizza...which I know is not the best choice for a person who is trying to lose weight...but I was careful about portion...the food diary gives 8" monicals deluxe thin crust, and a 1"pizza option....I didn't eat a whole 8" pizza....what is the 1"...one of those little squares...I am trying to put it in correctly... help..???

OK, I think I figured it out. Just had to put the thinking cap on...I am new at the whole calorie counting thing, and portions. But thanks for the support.... of just letting me vent. :tongue:
