So the goal should be to have a zero in your remaining calories at the end of the day? I'm confused with the calories in minus what you burn at the top of the screen. Or should it be a negative number to lose weight?

Am I eating enough or too much?
I often wonder if I am eating enough, too much or not enough. It is all so confusing. I average 1200 net calories per day, sometimes more sometimes less. I workout 4-6 days per week for an hour to an hour and a half per day and burn anywhere between 500-1000 calories per day. Most days my protein, carbs and fat are equally…

Eating calories back
I am new here and have a question. Are you supposed to eat your exercise calories back? I am eating 1200 calories a day but netting less than that from working out. Should I be eating them back? If so, how does that help you to lose weight? I am a little confused on this.
