caloric intake
So I just recently started again and am looking into information on caloric intake. If I let MFP set my goals, I should be eating between 1200-1250 calories per day, depending on whether or not I want to lose 1.5 or 2 lbs per week. high protein/low carb
I'm looking for ideas on high protein/low carb foods. I have a hard time feeling full and going between meals without eating. I read that if I eat more protein and less carbs that will help keep me satisfied longer. I have a long road to go and I'm hoping to get off to a good start. Thanks friends!

I'm confused
So I set my goals and let MFP set my calorie intake. I want to lose two pounds a week and I'm 5'2" and weigh 209 lbs. They set my calories at 1200/day. But reading some of the posts and seeing that members are using the TDEE, I went and calculated mine and it's 1984. If I take 20% off of that, that puts me at 1587 calories…

down and confused
I've only been doing this about 2 1/2 weeks or so, but I'm having a really hard time today. I'm finding myself very hungry and down. Veggies
Do you count the calories when you eat salads (minus the dressing) or veggies as a snack. On other diet plans, they encourage you to eat alot of vegetables. But on here they take up calories. I thought because they don't contain any fat or carbs, that maybe I could get away with not listing them on my diary. Any thoughts?

I need ideas on what Proteins to eat. I'm reading a book and read that my diet for my body type should be 50% protein, 30% fat and 20% carbs..........all while staying within my calorie limit. And ideas would be greatly appreciated!!

Excercise
