high protein/low carb

I'm looking for ideas on high protein/low carb foods. I have a hard time feeling full and going between meals without eating. I read that if I eat more protein and less carbs that will help keep me satisfied longer. I have a long road to go and I'm hoping to get off to a good start.

    Meat (including seafood) is the main thing I think of when I think high protein/low carbs. Also eggs.

    IME, fat also helps with that. And dairy, which has protein, but is not low carb. Like some greek yogurt or cottage cheese would work for me.

    I think upping fat along with your protein will go a long ways (i.e. just reducing carbs) as protein is generally so much tastier with fat (think steak versus chicken breast or chicken breast plain versus chicken with a tasty cream or butter-based sauce). If you're looking to reduce carbs, it can be hard to eat a lot of protein without upping the fat as well. Fat in conjunction with protein is very satiating.
