Calories calculated???
I have a garmin watch, HRM, and footpod. It works well for running but will it calculate my calories accurately if I lift weights or do a workout DVD? If I lift weights or do squats, abs etc I'm not moving my feet so how would it calculate my cals burned? Thanks!

Jiggle
So I have been losing weight , 37 lbs to be exact, and my fat has gone from being somewhat firm to jiggly. I've been shrinking and there is less fat but it's ummm... Consistency? Has changed .... Anyone else find this happening to them too?

I'm extremely pale so for me this is a NSV.... Has anyone else noticed that as they lose weight they look more tan? I have not been to a tanning bed and live in the PaCific NW so no chance of natural sun tanning here lol
