Is it just me?
I love MFP. I do. But holy mary mother of god, the amount of people who lost all their weight and now are excercise junkies or fitness trainers? It's crazy. I honestly can not imagine myself doing excercise cause I enjoy it. A neccesary evil perhaps. hahah

I'm trying to watch all my macros and I'm over on sugar almost everyday. Mostly from fruit. Is my sugar set too low?

I have such a hard time getting protein in. I was thinking I should start eating nuts. What are the best nuts to have for a healthy lifestyle and how much? And do you get them from the baking section at the grocery store or the bulk section?

WHAT THE EFFF????????
I am only four weeks in and I started at 400 pounds. I have overhauled my eating like you wouldn't believe. I stuck to my calorie goal and ate sooooo good this week and didn't lose a damn thing. I'm so frustrated!!! I shouldn't be not losing anything this early in. WHAT THE EFFF??!????

Okay I know it's a relatively dumb question but I don't need sarcastic responses. It's a two parter..... If I follow the MFP and only eat within my calories will I still lose weight no matter what those calories are made up of? Fridays
I don't know what it is but Fridays are the worst for me. I'm always craving anything but healthy food. Thank god I made my weekly weigh in for Saturday mornings or I would eat my face off!!! Do you guys have one day of the week that always seems to be more of a struggle?
