Tracking Chalene Extreme
I am currently doing the Burn phase of CLX and am unsure how to track it in my exercise log. I trying searching "free weights" in the MFP exercise database but it didn't come up with anything that fit. Can anyone tell me, on average, how many calories you track for this? Thanks!

How to track Slim N Six?
Currently in the 'Ramp it up" stage which is 46 minutes in length. How would you track this in the exercise tracker? I'm not really breathing heavy but I am working. I was counting this as 46 mins of low intensity aerobics. Anoyone else out there following the program? How do you track it?

Eating only 1200 but not hungry?
So I am just making my daily minimum caloric intake of 1200 calories. I tend to graze throughout the day and keep my protein intake higher that the default recommended amount.
