Tracking Chalene Extreme

I am currently doing the Burn phase of CLX and am unsure how to track it in my exercise log. I trying searching "free weights" in the MFP exercise database but it didn't come up with anything that fit.

Can anyone tell me, on average, how many calories you track for this?

    Under the cardiovascular exercise heading you can find "strength training", but I'm not sure how accurate it is.
