Rewards of weight loss
I recently created rewards on scratch off notes. Each pound I lose, I grab a scratch ticket to reveal my prize. I created twenty for the twenty pounds I want to lose. Any one else have a rewards program? I have a hard time staying motivated.

Scale Not Moving!
I am sure there are other boards such as this, but I can't help just ask for some motivation. I lost 10lbs in a month, the past 2 weeks, nothing. I even have gained 2lbs and lost 2lbs. Why do nutritionists/doctors/professionals suggest for people to eat at 1200-1400 calories to lose weight? If eating more to weigh less works, why is it 1200 calorie diets are suggested? Just wondering what people think about this question: When have you done enough exercise for a day? Is it when you have walked 30 minutes, gone for a 60 minute bike ride, ran 3 miles, walked the dog, or did two hours of cardio, etc.?
