Should I cut out cheese??
I feel like I'm eating alot, and even though I usually stay under my fat macros, it feels like I should eat less cheese. I don't eat cheddar cheese any more, but eat dairylea cream cheese and feta. Could it affect my weightloss??

I upped my calorie intake to 1300 a while ago and lost about 2 - 3 pounds in 2 - 3 weeks (which is LOADS for me). But now, I'm not losing anything, and it's REALLY annoying me. Honey worse than sugar??
Recently, I've been having ALOT of 0% Greek yogurt and porridge (oatmeal) made with water. Both of these things taste HORRIBLE on their own, so I add honey to it. Obviously, as a result of this, I'm ALWAYS over on sugar. Is honey worse than sugar?? Am I having too much?? Will it affect my weightloss??
