changing diet plan
I know that there is a way to change from the typical diet to a low carb/keto diet tracking. I have done it in the past, but I do not remember how. I have been looking around but I can't find it. Please help.

deleting foods
On my food lists are frequent and recommended. There are many foods on those lists that I no longer use. Is there a way to clean up my food lists so I do not have as many. If so how?

Showing weight loss
Rather the opposite of pregnancy. How much weight have you lost before others recognize that you have lost some? How much before you feel it in your clothes?

anyone out there with MS?
I have been recently diagnosed with MS and am finding weight loss a challenge. I recently purchased an exercise bike so I can exercise and am using this site to track what I am eating. However I have 80 pounds to loose. Is there anyone else out there who has MS? What do you find works for you?

carbs
I seem to be going over on my carbs of late, but they are not from bread or noodles or potatoes etc. It is the vegetables and fruit that are sending it sky rocketing - 20 grapes have 40g of carbs fr an example. tracking bites
I try to stick with only eating what I plan but occasionally I want a bite of something else - my husband's dessert etc. Tonight was a great example. When ( what time of day) and how often (daily, once a week etc) do you weigh yourself?

How often do you try new food?
Do you always eat the same things or do you look for something new? If you try new things are they successful? I like to try new recipes but mostly cakes, cookies and things that I do not need challenging me at this time.So I have tried some thinner recipes. The first one ( refried beans) was a disaster. calories and exercise question
My basic daily calorie goal is 1200. When I exercise that goal goes up. If I consume the 1200 then complete my food for the day it says that I am not eating enough. So here is the question. When I do exercise should I stay with my usual calorie count or must I eat more?

Too Much protein
I am struggling with my protein. Almost every day I have more than I should - while i am under calories most days. I enjoy milk and want to drink it but 2 glasses a day is a big chunk of my daily allowance. Also as I am eating healthier things - whole wheat pasta etc. they are high in protein too.
