changing diet plan

I know that there is a way to change from the typical diet to a low carb/keto diet tracking. I have done it in the past, but I do not remember how. I have been looking around but I can't find it. Please help.

You can join the low carb group and read their sticky and FAQ thread if you don't know what macro percentages you want:

As far as setting your own macros, go to MY HOME>Goals>Edit
