burning crazy amount of calories and not losing weight?

I asked GNC to recommend anything to help see the cut in my muscle, especially in my arms because you can really see it when i flex but not if i am just standing there. Like men have Creatine, does anyone have any suggestions please to help make the muscle more visible.

unclear on calorie intake

i just bought a Pyle sports PHRM34.
