Anxious Often
Anyone else feel anxious pretty often? I have never been an anxious person in the past, but lately I find myself getting anxious and stressed about nothing, really. I'm wondering if it has to do with the amount of thyroid I'm taking, but I'm scared to lower the dose... I don't want to be lethargic either!

Polar HRM Malfunctioning
I have a Polar FT4 that I've used for about two years. Just recently, it stopped working and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem?? I got a new battery a few months ago, and wash the strap as well. I hope I don't need to replace it altogether :/

Eat Squeaky Clean = Insomnia
I am on Day 11 of a super clean diet, and almost everything is going perfectly. My bloating is gone, my mood has improved, and I am less fatigued. The only problem is, I can't sleep (I stop drinking caffeine at 8am)! I have a ton of energy... Does anyone else have this problem?

It seems as though eating/exercising is on point for me during the week, but when the weekend rolls around, I seem to fall off the wagon. Running as antidepressant
Dear fellow runners: Why do you run? I know the obvious reason, to either lose weight, or stay in shape. But for me, I run 50% to stay in shape, and 50% to stay sane! It's my free antidepressant. I'm addicted to endorphins ;-) Cheers, Katie
